Dear Bob, we put off doing our updated will and necessary medical directives for such a long time – in part, just because the demands of day-to-day life always seemed to relegate it to the “someday” pile, but probably, too, because of the reluctance to concede our own mortality. And also because the decision about, “when to go?” loomed so large! I’m so grateful I trusted my inner promptings that day I called you though! You are such a comfort and an ease to work with – so kind, gentle, understanding, flexible – yet a consummate professional who inspires total confidence…. What had seemed daunting, demanding, stressful was just a pleasure from beginning to end….
